AN EXPLANATION OF HUDSON HOMES’ FEES

APPLICATION FEE

• Most application fees are $50 for each adult 18 years of age and older living in the home, but vary by state
• The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the screening outcome
• Application fees are valid for 30 days (except if your application is denied)

ADMIN FEE

• This is a one-time, NON-REFUNDABLE fee due at the beginning of the lease term, where applicable by law
• Monthly admin fees vary by state 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

• A minimum deposit of one month’s rent is required when signing the lease.
• If an applicant is conditionally approved based on screening results, a deposit of 1.5x to 2x rent may be required.

PET FEES

• Pet fees depend on number of pets in the home and the state where the property is located
• A refundable pet deposit is required at the beginning of the lease term, where permitted by law
• Monthly pet fees/ pet rent varies by state
