Pet fees differ by state. Please see below for your state's requirements. 

Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois (except Chicago), Indiana, Maryland, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas. 

  • Deposit: $350 refundable pet deposit, per pet
  • Pet Rent: $35, non-refundable, monthly pet rent, per pet

Chicago, Illinois 

  • Fee: non-refundable pet fee depending on the number of pets, 1 Pet =$350; 2 Pets =$700; 3 Pets = $1050

New York, New Jersey, Connecticut

  • Fee: non-refundable pet fee depending on the number of pets, 1 Pet =$350; 2 Pets = $500; 3 Pets = $700

North Carolina, Ohio

  • Fee: non-refundable pet fee depending on the number of pets. 1 Pet = $350; 2 Pets = $700; 3 Pets = $1050
  • Pet Rent: $35, non-refundable, monthly pet rent, per pet

Rhode Island

  • Fee: non-refundable pet fee depending on the number of pets. 1 Pet = $350; 2 Pets = $500; 3 Pets = $700
  • Pet Rent: $35, non-refundable, monthly pet rent, per pet

Massachusetts

  • No pet fees

Delaware

  • Pet Rent: $35, non-refundable, monthly pet rent, per pet


Please Remember:

  • All Pets/Animals are subject to Property Management approval.
  • Hudson Homes allows a maximum of three pets per household.
  • Pet restrictions apply to breed type and size. Restricted breeds result in automatic cancellation of your application. 
  • HOA pet restrictions (if any) supersede that of Hudson Homes.
  • A photo of your pet must be provided.
