How to Pay Your Security Deposit

Click on the person icon in the top tight corner of your screen and log in to your Applicant Portal. Navigate to the "Application Charges" step. Proceed to the payment. Your initial security deposit is due within one business day of approval and is non-refundable in the event you choose not to take possession of the home after signing the lease. Your lease is a legally binding contract. An NSF payment or credit/bank chargeback may result in cancellation of your move-in.

Conditional Security Deposits

Based on your screening results, you may be required to pay an additional or conditional security deposit in addition to your initial security deposit. The additional deposit and any additional move-in charges are due two business days prior to your move-in.  If you have questions about your screening results or factors considered, reach out to RentGrow directly at 800-898-1351 or http://www.rentgrow.com. The Hudson Homes team is not able to alter your additional deposit amount. 

Security Deposit Return

Please provide your new home address or forwarding address in this written notice. We will send your security deposit check to the address that you provide. You will receive your security deposit generally within 30 days, in the form of a check mailed to the forwarding address provided during the move-out process. If the check needs to be canceled or if damage is discovered during the move-out inspection, deductions or additional timeline may apply. 

Maximize your security deposit return! Complete your Property Inventory & Condition Form at move-in and upload to your Resident Portal, in addition to performing all of your resident responsibilities and move-out checklist.
